I enjoyed the adrenaline rush of having to come up with a few good drills off of the top of my head. I feel I may not have checked for understanding from the students enough. Although the demonstrations appeared to be proficient enough that everyone picked up on what they were supposed to be doing fairly fast. I would have given them more time to enjoy tossing the rock around if they were youngerJ. I also plan to add more positive feedback in the future.
